ADC can do the management for Special Purpose Independent Power Producer Companies on behalf of the Company Owners and Lenders.
We are currently performing such services on behalf of an international IPP.
At present, ADC has three (3) long-term contracts to manage Special Purpose Independent Power Producer Companies on behalf of the Company Owners and Lenders.
Services that ADC provide include:
- Financial accounting;
- Bank account and payment management;
- Statutory audit management;
- Reporting to financiers in terms of debt facility agreement requirements; and,
- Overall equipment import and clearance management.
